ECW Signature Experiences uses the details you share to respond to your inquiry and help design your journey. This may include your name, email, country, optional phone number, travel preferences and the consent you provide.

Inquiries are stored in our private website database and sent to info@ecwexperiences.com, with Emily copied at emily@ecwexperiences.com. We reply within one business day. Submitting a form does not confirm a booking.

The separate African Grand Prix form records your name, email and consent to receive information about that future experience. It does not reserve tickets or hospitality. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Cookies & your choices

We use essential session cookies to operate forms and protect against misuse. The ecw_cookie_preference cookie remembers your cookie choice for six months. Session cookies normally expire after two hours of inactivity, subject to your browser and server settings. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time, or remove cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent forms from working. Google Analytics is optional and stays off until you accept analytics cookies. It helps us understand page visits, visitor sources and device information. Google processes usage data on our behalf, potentially outside your country. We do not send inquiry contents, names, email addresses or phone numbers to Analytics, and we strip query strings and fragments from the page addresses we send. Advertising features are disabled. Analytics identifiers such as _ga and _ga_* are configured to expire after six months. You can decline or withdraw analytics consent in Cookie settings; withdrawing stops future collection and removes Analytics cookies set for this site. Previously collected information may remain in Google Analytics under its retention settings. See Google’s privacy policy.

We do not sell your inquiry details. Relevant information may be shared with travel providers when needed to prepare arrangements you request.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop future Grand Prix updates, email info@ecwexperiences.com. Inquiry details are retained while we handle your request and any resulting arrangements; records needed for legal or accounting obligations may be retained longer.
